Thousands ‘suffering needlessly’ in ACC disputes

The letter was an end, of sorts – but the pain continues.
On August 29, ACC wrote to injured Waikato builder Mike (not his real name) to explain “a decision has been changed in your favour”. In the bland style of form letters, he was thanked for his patience.
